From Natasha... I'm Natasha the writer for the blog Fete Fanatic, and owner of an event styling company The Flair Factor. I would love to share a baby shower desert display I designed in May for Gemma, a first time mom to be, expecting a baby boy. She wanted to maintain a classy event without going over the top with "baby" accents. I designed a went with a clean, modern "Baby Shower Chic" event. I kept in mind the cake topper design of a couple pushing a baby carriage. The centerpiece of the display was a baby carriage filled with rock candy. I also filled mini baby carriages with gumballs which held the id tags designed by Eccentric Designs for the sweets.
Without a Hitch event planning brought all of the vendors together for this baby shower brunch. It was held at a gorgeous country club with pristine lawns and a gorgeous golf course. I strategically placed the candy and desert buffet of delectable treats in front of a window using the amazing golf course as the backdrop for the sweets. Sweets included cotton candy in sippy cups, a variety of popcorn (caramel, butter, and cheese), rock candy, and deserts made by the ladies of Confectionery Designs which included, red velvet and key lime cake truffles, strawberry cake pops, French macaroons, decorated cookies, and meringues. Needless to say, the deserts were not only the eye candy of the event, but delicious to boot!

Absolutely stunning dessert table (and shower as a whole)!!! The colors work so well together and the golf course was the perfect backdrop! Great job!
