Materials:1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup brown sugar
Large Bowl
1-quart Mason jar
White Card Stock Paper
2" Hole Punch
3" Hole Punch
Ribbon
Rubber Bands
Double-Sided Tape or Glue
Cute Fabric (and a large round bowl for template)
Pinking Shears
Pink Cookie Labels and matching Pink Recipe Labels
Blue Cookie Lables and matching Blue Recipe Labels
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Mix the flour, baking soda and sugar in the large bowl
2. Add 1/3 of the flour mixture to the mason jar -- I found it easier to scoop it in with a spoon
3. Add the chocolate chips
4. Add the brown sugar and compact with the back of spoon or clean hands
5. Add the rest of the flour mixture
6. Print and punch out labels from above with both hole punches
7. Put the recipe card on the lid and screw the lid onto the mason jar
8. Using double-sided tape or glue attach the label to the jar
9. Cut out the fabric with pinking shears, using a large bowl or flower pot as a template
10. Use the rubber band to secure the fabric on the top of jar's lid
11. Place the ribbon over the rubber band and tie a pretty bow

Hey Bump Smitten,
I am hosting my sister in law's shower here in a few weeks. I am currently in the process of making mason jar cookies for the favors! I tried to print off your template for the pink recipe labels, but none of the links seem to be working. Any way you could email them to me? My email is annakhartje@gmail.com
I am trying to print the blue labels. It would be MUCH appreciated if I could have them sent to me. ksc113@gmail.com
Thank you so much!
