From Marie... This past weekend Sweets Indeed went down on the farm for some “E-I-E-I-O” fun. When we were contacted by Send In The Clowns to collaborate on the Sweet Stations at this event, we were ecstatic. Send In The Clowns is an exclusive party planning company for children’s events. Not only do they provide superb entertainment, they take care of all the details so that you can actually…party!
We worked with them to design a “general store” and lemonade stand where the kids could use play money to fill their favor pails with delicious treats and nostalgic toys. Our mini dessert stations included Homespun honey, “Moo Moo Milkdud” cartons, a chicken coop, pig pen, kettle corn, and tons of old fashioned candy items. This was a sweet dream come true.
Custom decorated horse and barnyard cookies from our very own Sophie Hogarth were a huge hit as well as pig and chicken cake pops from Sweet & Saucy Shop. Kids could quench their thirst at the custom lemonade stand by sipping on gourmet strawberry and original lemonade from their mason jar mugs. Berry baskets full of gummy strawberries and fruit rings gave it a sweet touch.
We had a blast tying in all the farm themed items and our on site “Sweeties” enjoyed interacting with the guests. The look on the kids faces was priceless and this party was a ho-down hit for sure! Check out all of the details in the photos below including some sweet finds from Found Vintage Rentals.
