DIY Tutorial: Streamers from Oh Happy Day

Streamers just scream P-A-R-T-Y! Especially bright and colorful ones. They make me happy -- plain and simple. Jordan Ferney of Oh Happy Day has some AMAZING diy projects and... of course... a couple streamer tutorials that I'm going to share with you. So, without further ado...


From Jordan... My mom taught me how to make these and they are about the easiest party decor there is. All you need is colored paper and pair of scissors. Really, its that easy.

From Jordan... I was making party decorations for Roman’s party and ended up sort of inventing these little streamers. They might be my favorite thing ever right now–they are just so fringey and frilly! Plus they are a cinch to make.
