Real Baby Shower: Blue & Orange

Wednesday, February 9, 2011

I first saw this baby shower on P is for Party, and couldn't get over the adorable place settings, shot
by the talented Angela Francis of Bella Smile. Napkins that look like minnie cloth diapers... Bottles
used for drinking glasses... Monogrammed cookies.. and... WOW... Those floral arrangements. BREATHTAKING! And where did they find that wire maternity mannequin? L-O-V-E it! Be sure
to read the credits below so you can order one too. And don't forget some monogrammed cookies while you're at it. Why not?

From Cindy... The hostesses took the color scheme from the mommy to be's nursery colors (predominantly blues) and added a trendy touch of orange and used the baby's monogram throughout. We bought the baby bottles (used for water) at Babies R Us. The "mommy's mocktail" was a peach drink which consisted of peach nectar, orange juice and grenadine. Cookies were passed out as favors that pictured the monogram used throughout the party.
