Happy Monday! We hope everyone had a lovely weekend and are ready to experience another week full of baby shower BLISS! I know Elizabeth and I are -- we've been patiently (read: counting down the minutes) to share this jaw dropping green-baby shower that was captured by the talented lens of
Liz Banfield. This afternoon soirée is bursting with ideas on how to create a shower around a well edited color palette. Now granted Elizabeth and I love a good green and yellow baby shower (so we may be
sliiiightly biased), but we were floored with how
Tara Guérard of
Soirée tied the color into every single aspect of Lee's shower. We're talking invitations, decor, desserts, games, ribbons on the presents -- oh my gosh -- can we just say, pure perfection! But what is really the icing on the cake for us, is that even with these gorgeous details and splashes of green around every corner, the party doesn't seem fussy -- it's just a seemingly elegant Southern affair. We can't help but keep scrolling through these photographs over and over again.
Liz has somehow managed to create such beautiful, soft images that we just want to step in and be a part of Lee's shower. So get ready dear readers to have a serious Monday love affair.
A gorgeous design by Tara Guérard of Soirée for the super stylish owner of Pieces, Lee Kleinhelter.
Lee and Tara of Soiree first met when Tara designed Lee's wedding. The wedding (green themed, of course!) was featured in Tara's book, Southern Weddings.
